Ice Magic: The Great Fantasy on Ice, will transport us away from the heat to a 2,400 square meters winter wonderland! The experience has now been extended to January 29, 2023!
This winter playground at Bayfront Event Space will be the biggest winter-themed attraction to ever set foot in Singapore. It features two sections – Snow and Ice. In the snow section, snow will be created using the same snow-making machines used in the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022, to bring the authentic experience of real snow to visitors. It will also house a 70-meter snow slope.
The Ice Section will bring Ice Bowling and the classic Winter Olympic sport – Ice Curling to Singapore. This section will also feature a 260 square meters ice cycling rink, with single and tandem bikes. Not to be missed in this section would be the 4.5 meters high figure-8 Ice Slide.
The Ice Bar and Pop-up Cafe run by Chocolate Origin will also be on-site for you to kick back and enjoy the sub-zero temperatures.
As part of its reopening, Apollo Entertainment Media, organizers of Ice Magic, is excited to announce a series of special collaborations to bring guests an even more exciting and unique experience of Ice Magic.
Warm up with Haidilao hot pot at Ice Magic
This January, popular hot pot chain, Haidilao Hot Pot, will hold a pop-up at Ice Magic to satisfy the foodies of Singapore. From 13 to 29 January 2023, guests will be able to enjoy the unique experience of eating Haidilao hot pot in sub-zero temperatures – after all, there’s nothing better than a bubbling pot of soup to warm you up after hitting the exhilarating slides at Ice Magic!
Hot pot offerings are available for groups of 2, 4, and 6. The Haidilao hot pot pop-up will only be available for dinner bookings, with 2 sessions (5 pm to 6:30 pm, and 7 pm to 8:30 pm) daily. Included within each of the hot pot packages, will also be an entry to Ice Magic and all of its activities that guests can enjoy before or after their hot pot session.
Ski and snowboard lessons at Ice Magic
To encourage Singaporeans’ love for snow sports, we are introducing Ski and Snowboarding lessons led by experienced instructors from the Singapore Ski and Snowboard Academy.
Lessons will introduce the basics of skiing and snowboarding to those completely new to the sport, familiarise them with equipment and gear safety, and cover basic mobility, positioning, and balance on the snowboard or skis.
Each lesson will run for an hour long and gear rental is included.
Ice Magic will also organize the inaugural Ski and Snowboard Championship in Singapore where winter sports enthusiasts from all over the island can gather to show off their skills on the slope. Co-hosted alongside Singapore Ski and Snowboard Academy, the competition will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 7 am to 12 noon.
Tickets to Ice Magic are available on SISTIC.com. You can also book dinner slots for the Haidilao pop-up, and ski or snowboarding sessions on SISTIC.com from Friday, January 13, 2023, onwards.
