The annual Orchard Road Christmas light-up returns this year from November 13, 2021, to January 2, 2022, with a floral theme and giant outdoor projection! Themed "Christmas in Bloom", this year's light-up will feature the shopping street filled with about 68km of fairy lights and oversized floral decorations, with some portions donned with bold neon lights. The giant outdoor video projection takes up an entire wall of the Mandarin Orchard Hotel and shoppers can also view augmented reality fireworks through a mobile app. The bigger light-up this year symbolizes hope and resilience as retailers on this shopping street look forward to the return to normalcy.

Start the year-end holidays on a whimsical note with a visit to this year’s Poinsettia Wishes at Gardens by the Bay! This year-end school holidays, go on a hunt for Fantastic Critters at Singapore’s museums during Children’s Season 2021! Children’s Season 2021 features a host of Fantastic Critters inspired by Singapore’s diverse museums and their collections. Fifteen critters will be featured in a special Fantastic Critters Activity Booklet which includes activities based on participating museums’ collections and artefacts, for children to complete by visiting the museums. By completing activities, your children will be able to collect unique Fantastic Critter stickers representing each museum. Upon collecting any 10 of the 15 available stickers, you and your little ones can scan a QR code in the booklet and redeem a specially designed Fantastic Critters mask pack (1 x adult, 1 x child), while stocks last. The Fantastic Critters Activity Booklet can be collected at any of the 15 participating museums from November 24 to December 31, 2021. You can also choose to print out the softcopy activity booklet, and bring the self-printed copies to the museums to collect the stickers.
