Three Michelin Starred Mirazur Opens A Three-Month Pop-Up In Singapore

First SEA Pop-Up By The World's Best Restaurant

2021 Jun 22

Mirazur-Pop-Up-In-Singpaore

For the first time ever, Mirazur, a three-Michelin-starred French restaurant, hosts a pop-up restaurant not just in Singapore, but Southeast Asia. The pop-up takes over Restaurant Kin and Clan Cafe, both on the first floor of the recently rebranded Mandala Club, which was formerly known as Straits Clan. Currently ranked No. 1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurant list, Mirazur’s menus are inspired by and reflect the “four universes” – leaves, flowers, roots, and fruits – that are in line with the lunar calendar and the impact of the moon’s position on plants in the gardens. Herbs and vegetables from urban farm Edible Garden City are used in the dishes, along with suckling pig from Chinese restaurant Man Fu Yuan at InterContinental Singapore.

To set the tone to reflect the four universes, the Clan Cafe will be reimagined as a lunar garden lobby, complete with textures that recall the face of the moon, and soft turf to recreate the lushness of his beloved terraced gardens of Mirazur. Local botanical design studio This Humid House created the floral arrangements and oversaw interior design to complement the themes, while Singapore-based art consultancy The Artling curated the artwork.

A six-course lunch is priced at SG$388++, while a nine-course dinner is priced at SG$488++, and reservations are required for both club members and non-members.
