Calling all parents! We do know that asking a child to sit still for meditation doesn’t sound like a recipe for easing stress. But finding more family time is a hot topic these days, and spending it meditating together is a great way to bring more mindfulness to your lives and focus on your days. Plus, these days there are more families are making a few shared minutes of quiet contemplation a part of their daily routines. When handled with flexibility and a sense of humor, they say, the practice can calm their children, reduce stress and anxiety and help them focus. Mindfulness and meditation are scientifically proven to reduce stress, increase empathy, and elevate the overall happiness and well-being. Whether young or old, by spending time meditating together, you can enjoy quality family time and strengthen your family relationships while bringing more mindfulness, focus and calm to your daily life.
Each session will cover some of these activities/meditations:
• breathing (emotion management)

• morning meditation to get ready for the day
• bedtime meditation to get a good night’s sleep
