What’s unique about Kolabo is that there’s no fixed chef. Their line-up of chefs is ever-changing, meaning the menu doesn’t stay constant as well. But of course, all chefs are experienced and are able to create innovative and scrumptious dishes. The cuisine seems to be pretty standard as most chefs that have collaborated with and cooked at Kolabo’s home dining sessions have produced Japanese dishes. However, once in awhile they do invite chefs that specialize in other cuisines. You can check out their website for upcoming home dining sessions.
Get ready for some grilled and smoked meats at The Humble Pit, a private home dining experience by chef Eugene Sito. The menu changes depending on what the chef wants to offer his guests, but you can bet that each dish will be mouthwatering and full of flavor. If you love barbecue dishes, we’d recommend giving The Humble Pit a try. Do book a slot ASAP, because the waiting time is around a year! They accept group bookings of sizes four to eight.

At Primateve you’ll enjoy a three hour gastronomic journey, staring with a short foraging session of wild edible plants. Then, you’ll learn how to create Thai seafood dishes using local seafood items as well as your foraged plants. At the end of the meal, enjoy an assortment of traditional Thai desserts. This whole experience will be set in a beautiful bohemian home located at Holland Village. For groups with less than 13 people, it might be a shared session.
Another lovely meal option you can choose from at Primateve is Spanish Tapas, and there are also Spanish wines and alcoholic beverages available upon request at an additional cost. On the menu are a total of seven dishes, including Pulpo a la Gellga (Galican-style Octopus), Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Shrimp) and Chorizo al vino Tinto (Chorizo Poached in Red Wine).
