One of the must-tries is the Lagoon Carrot Cake - simple, easy and oh so fragrant. Choose between black (with sweet sauce) or white versions from SG$6 onwards. Seafood is always a must when you're by the beach and Lagoon is synonymous with stalls serving up the freshest plate. Order up a deliciously barbequed Sambal Stingray and pair it with cincalok (fermented shrimp sauce) to top it off.
