Teenage Nutrition And Wellbeing: How Parents Can Help

As parents, we want our kids to make the right food choices and look after themselves. But while it’s possible to tell our eight-year-old to eat up their greens, it becomes trickier as they get older and want to make their own decisions. This is the age when eating disorders may appear, and teens may also battle with issues like stress and anxiety due to school and home pressures. That is why we have invited Neelam Daswani, a certified Health Coach to ease our minds, and teach us what to do to keep our children healthy inside and out!
