MCPS Offers A Free Online Science Workshop
For Ages 3-5 On March 31, 2020!

Malvern College Pre-School Hong Kong (MCPS) is proud of its parent schools’ strong science heritage. Did you know that Malvern College UK has produced four Nobel Prize winners? It was also one of the very first schools to implement the Nuffield Science approach, enabling pupils to learn science by doing experiments in the classroom.

Science is also for pre-schoolers! “Understanding the World” is one of the seven learning areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, which is taught at MCPS. Pupils learn how to make sense of their physical world and their community through opportunities to explore, observe, and find out about people, places, technology, and the environment. MCPS’s playful and hands-on approach to science is also integrated into their amazing Forest-Beach School program.

In the times of online learning, MCPS is excited to offer a free online science workshop to children aged 3-5 years old in collaboration with Big Bang Academy. What makes a boat float? Can you build your own waterproof boat?

Come and join MCPS for a fun and hands-on online experiment!
