Join Little Steps at the lululemon showroom for a fun party and general fitness workshop this Saturday, October 23, 2010! Fitness expert Dora Hardaway will give tips on best fitness practices and safe stretches to motivate and inspire you to improve your fitness training. And that, it’s time to snack on a light breakfast and shop the lululemon showroom!
*Those pre-registered for the UNICEF 2010 Charity Run will receive a FREE lululemon Black or White Cool Racerback or Power Y Tank. Click here to register for the UNICEF Charity Run on November 28, 2010.
There is the option to stay for the Yin Yoga class at 10:00 a.m. with Gricia from the Yogananth Andiappan Community (YAC) .
