Ever wanted to learn a new cooking skill or two with your children? Mayu’s Kitchen And Co offers at-home Japanese family-friendly cooking classes in Hong Kong. Workshops are held in your home with a minimum of 2 adults (helper or parent) and 2 children.

During the lesson, you will be able to choose 1 main dish, and the chef will suggest a starter and a dessert which you will make together based on the main dish that you choose. As well as, taking into account your level of cooking skills and the kitchen facilities that are available at your home.

These are the dishes you can choose from:

  1. Maki Sushi (12 pieces per person and no raw fish served for hygiene reasons)
  2. Chicken and veggies udon in soup
  3. Japanese curry and rice (sweet curry for kids and mildly spicy curry for adults)
  4. Okonomiyaki savory street food pancakes
  5. Yakisoba stir fry noodles
  6. Takoyaki balls with cheese or shrimp instead of octopus
  7. Gyoza dumplings
  8. Teriyaki or tofu hamburger

To book your lesson, email with your full name and phone number, preferable booking date(s), number of kids and adults and any allergies and dietary restrictions.
