Squawk! Over 60 seagulls have taken up residence at Harbour City in TST as part of a public art installation created by renowned Japanese artist Takahito Kimura.
This will be the first time Kimura will be showcasing his iconic artwork outside of Japan, which has been a part of the world-famous Setouchi International Art Triennale since 2010. The large-scale installation feature 62 life-sized seagulls with weathervanes imprinted with black-tailed gulls, which change direction with the passing wind, creating an impressive tableau against the Hong Kong skyline.
The kids will love seeing the lifelike birds dancing in unison and the opportunity creates wonderful photo ops!
The exhibition is free and is open from 15 May onwards!
