Step into a world of nostalgia and family fun at the McDonald’s Hong Kong “I’m Lovin’ It 50th Anniversary Exhibition,” happening at Freespace in West Kowloon Cultural District from October 1 to 19, 2025. This immersive, family-friendly event celebrates five decades of tasty bites, iconic toys, and beloved characters—making it a must-visit for every generation of McDonald’s fans.
The exhibition features:
- A full recreation of the original 1975 Paterson Street McDonald’s with retro décor, uniforms, and classic menu packaging.
- Interactive zones for photo ops with Ronald McDonald, the Hamburglar, and other iconic characters.
- Showcases of beloved Happy Meal toys, games, and memorabilia from the past 50 years.
- Themed AR installations, projection mapping, and surprise character appearances.
- A special mini-film starring Nicholas Tse, celebrating McDonald’s early days in Hong Kong.
Tickets are HK$35 each, with time slots to manage crowds. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Hong Kong Ronald McDonald House Charities. Tickets and schedules are available via the official event website and app.
