INVITE: Baby Wearing Workout Playdate
#LittleStepsPlaydate

On November 14, 2017, join us for our first Little Steps Playdate: "Baby Wearing Workout" at Baumhaus Harbour City! It will be an excellent opportunity to meet other parents in Hong Kong while you learn ways to incorporate your baby into your everyday workout. Parents with kids from 3 months to 1 year are invited!

Head Trainer & Producer of AndFitGym Andrea Ramirez will be sharing with you fast, fun and easy ways to stay in shape with your baby in tow! You'll be able to develop muscular strength & fine motor skills for your baby through playful exercises and gentle moves.

There will also be a FREE special Kindermusik demonstration for all participants after workout.

NOTES
*  What to bring and wear: activewear, baby carrier, socks, water, and of course your baby! Participants are required to wear socks and shoes are not allowed in the area.
*  Outside food is not allowed but light refreshments will be provided at the end of the event

Special thanks to Baumhaus for sponsoring the venue for this event. Click here to learn more about their Baby Month promotion!
