Children's Bookfest @ The Repulse Bay
Spooktacular Book Event!

Save the date for the Halloween edition of Bookazine’s Children’s Bookfest event on October 19 from 2pm-5:30pm. Launched in 2016, this festival aims to celebrate children’s literature through amazing storytelling sessions, book-related arts & crafts activities, meetings and signings with authors, a charming outdoor library, an exciting treasure hunt, and prizes.

Bringing on the spook in this edition of Bookfest, the organizers have put together a variety of activities that will be perfect for the kids who love books and for the kids who aren't as keen on reading. Head on over to the festival with your most terrifying costume. Kids will get to meet the Very Cranky Bear and play in an outdoor library with hands-on crafts. There will also be a mysterious hunt for scary creatures from the Atlas of Monsters and Ghosts with an end prize of surprise goodies or a tour of a haunted house. All throughout the afternoon, there will be wicked cool dance performances by real-life witches, and to end all of the fun, a costume parade will take place!

The iconic Repulse Bay will once again play host to all the fun activities centered around reading and books. Wander down to the beautiful shopping arcade of The Repulse Bay and enjoy fun activities at The Palm Court, and The Marquee.

This event is perfect for 3 to 12 year olds, and offers free admission. Click here to find out more!

Get dressed in costumes for spook reads and fantastic halloween games!
