Possibly the biggest name in pizza, Franco Pepe and his family of legendary bread-makers were the first to revolutionize the art of pizza making, choosing to create original recipes from scratch following the traditions and methods set out in his family. Working closely with his father, Franco learned everything there was to know from sourcing the freshest local ingredients to constructing the perfect dough and flour by hand in the past 25 years.

Chef Franco Pepe’s pizza has won the award for "The Best Pizza in the World" three years running, and he currently enjoys the number one spot on Top 50 Best Pizza in Italy 2018. His notable pizza creations include the Margherita Sbagliata, that won the award!

Hong Kongers can now enjoy his renowned Italian pizzas as the city becomes the first overseas location for Pepe’s award-winning Italian restaurant, KYTALY. With 19 pizzas on the menu, including Pepe’s classics as well as a selection of signature creations, not to mention some Italian salads and classic desserts, there will be something for everyone. The restaurant will have a stunning terrace. perfect for lovely al fresco dining, the restaurant is first and foremost a pizzeria with an open kitchen, which allows you to observe the meticulous work of our Chefs in action.

KYTALY Hong Kong is now open for lunch from 12pm-3pm and dinner 7pm-10:30pm.
